Adorable Express taffeta dress, all black with black flocked polka dots. No stretch to the waist, puff shoulders, gathered skirt with a ruffled hem. Dress has the matching fabric belt and is unlined. Nice clean condition with no issues. Marked size Small. My dress form is an XS and this dress is a little roomy on her. Fits true to size for a modern small but would probably also work for an XS as you can cinch the waist in with the belt.
