Fostoria American A highly sought-after, silky smooth, clear crystal with three mold lines. Fostoria was a top producer of elegant glass, with over 1,000 patterns. The American pattern was introduced in 1915 and is still being produced by Lancaster Colony, who bought Fostoria in 1983. These glasses were manufactured in the United States between 1950-1959 by Fostoria. Although they are not handmade and are not signed, they are an "Original" production in the "Stem 2056" product line of "Elegant Glass" crafted using the fused glass production technique.
