Hand made and STUNNING. I bought from an experienced vintage dealer, and said the label is a personal one, and we estimate this made in the 60's. This is in great vintage condition, but there are some picks in the lace. I never noticed until now. The lace pattern hides it perfectly. The belt snaps together and snaps to the dress. I'm 5'5 and this hits me perfectly to the floor (no heels). I'm a size 12, and it fits perfectly! The raw lace and v neck back are ❤️❤️

victopher2016 @melpattiso hi! As you can see there are actually those small round snaps sewn on to the dress to hold the belt in place (pic #3 shows that). Since it is a hand sewn dress I would assume they could be taken off by a seamstress, but I can't guarantee that
