VTG Giorg St. Angelo 100% Wool Pleated Skirt Black

Lovely vintage wool skirt. Excellent quality. Giorgio Saint Angelo was a high end haute couture brand back in the 70-80s. Says size 4 but fits like size 00. Waist measures 24.5". Recommended for petite individuals. I'm 115 and 5'2" and it fits too tight. Needs cleaning.
