Vintage 80s or 90s Girls Dress / Jumper with Teddy Bears, Birds, Hearts, Stars, and Birdhouses. You could also wear it as a jumper with a short or long sleeve tee under it. I think this was probably handmade and sold in a boutique or at a craft show. There is no fabric label. Probably cotton.
