VTG Gold-Tone & Black Rhinestone Statement Bib Choker Necklace

This is a VTG Gold-Tone & Black Rhinestone Statement Bib Choker Necklace. Necklace measures approximately 16.5" (open, lying flat) and has a 3.25" extender. Brand, year of manufacture, etc. are all unknown. The piece is gold-tone costume jewelry with clear rhinestones and onyx-colored beading. Lobster clasp. It is meant to sit at the base of the neck, so slightly longer than a choker but a short necklace all the same. Condition-wise, there is some tarnish/darkening to the gold-tone chains as well as an overall look of being worn/used previously. It is NOT "Like New" but there are no missing beads, etc.
