Gold Trim with a high, mirror shine against an ivory base makes this charming piece the perfect addition to your vintage collection. Fully functional, it can still be used as a serving piece, or as a decorative conversation, like a vase of flowers. Adorable and gorgeous. No distress, discoloration, or repairs. One small scratch (shown) found on a single dot. There are tiny natural flaws (‘freckles’) baked into the ceramic during its firing - result of Art Pottery techniques used at the time. Directions for Use: Do not place over an open flame. Place coffee pot in a sink of warm water to prepare it for hot contents (and prevent crazing). Pre-heat hot water separately and pour over tea/coffee using a filter.
