VTG Hermes Silk Scarf Temps Marionnettes Annie Faivre 1995 Plisse Blue Carre

Found at a San Antonio estate sale - the homeowner had been a buyer for Neiman Marcus with an extensive and exquisite collection of well cared for high fashion. This scarf has no marks, pull threads, stains or pinholes. Pleating looks to be original - it was only worn with a scarf ring if ever at all! Rolled hems, sewn tag, signatures, all look pristinely new and authentic. Designed by classic Hermes Annie Faivre (signature in photos) and issued in 1995, “Le Temps de Marionettes !” is a rare Hermès scarf, even more so in its pleated accordion version ! This is a classic Hermès silk twill “carré” scarf turned into a refined and skilled “plissé” (technically challenging pleating method). Try wearing it with jeans and a tee for a chic look. Few were made in the secondary blue colorways - most examples you see are with a black border. Due to the tight accordion pleating, I'm not sure if this is 70mm or 90mm. I've inspected this to every extent without completely unfolding it in order to preserve the special look. Original Hermès round box not included. Is this one of your Grail Carres?
