Vintage Made in USA mini skirt from Best American Clothing Co. in blue 100% cotton denim with pink paisley and floral print. High waist has belt loops so it could have a paper bag look with a belt on. Zips up in the front. See photos for measurements - size is marked 7/8. Hips measure 18.5” across. Excellent condition.
