VTG I Miniature Hebrew Torah with Genuine Eitz Chaims

In VGUC, this is a miniature Torah dating to the 1960s -1970s, with silver box. The box bills it as "The Only Miniature Torah with Genuine Eitz Chaims (Trees of Life)." The text is in Hebrew, and is quite small, as you'd imagine. The paper has one tear which is pointed out in photos, so please review carefully. it is pretty difficult to get the Torah in and out of the gold-colored sash, be aware. The unrolled Torah is approximately 8 feet in length.
