It has a little normal wear but is in very good condition. It measures 24" around the neck, and the length varies, but the longest part is approximately 25" with the fringe. I tried it on a medium, large 2x, and 3x person, and it fit all of them. Please just make sure it will fit your neck comfortably. Please look at the pictures well. Thank you.
