VTG Iz Byer Sleeveless Ruffle Black & White Dress / Size 7

A pretty black & white sleeveless, empire waist, V neck, dress. The front is accented with ruffles and the back with sheer lace. It zips up the side. It has string belt loops at the side but no belt. Really doesn’t need one. You could add a patent leather one or just snip off the little loops. Approx. measurements Length 34 1/2” Across the front at underarms 19” Across the empire waist 15 1/2” In good vintage condition. From a non smoking home. Bin G/28
