VTG Jessica Howard by Mitchel Rodbell dress

This dress must be appreciated in person. The gold on velvet sparkles and reveals multicolored hues. Refer to the video to discover. It's just stunning. Piping on arm holes and divine, square neckline. Unlined. The 2nd button from the bottom up is missing, which can easily be taken care of. It's just a marvelous piece of vintage that can be yours. Great for cocktail hour or a night on the town. This dress is definitely a pinkies up affair. Slight fading that looks burgundy, but you can't tell unless you're very close (noted in pics).
