This vintage Karin Stevens dress would be perfect for a Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom, wedding guest, party or any other occasion where the details matter. This navy-blue mandarin collar jacket dress boasts beautiful details of the white soutache trim, pearl beading and fabric buttons down front of top. It presents as a jacket and skirt but, has a sleeveless shift underneath with an attached long sleeve decorative overlay jacket / top (see pics).
