Adjustable straps, no stretch Tag says 32, would probably best suit extra small or small Measured flat approximately Bust at armpit 14” (has ruching) Waist 13.5” Hips 16.25” Length 44” Has a tiny hole on the front near hip, and a faint stain near bottom of skirt on both sides.
