Excellent condition. Maybe never worn. No size or brand tags but it doesn't look handmade. Measurements- All taken with the item laying flat. -the length down the side from the underarm seam down is 18 inches long - the width from underarm to underarm, across the front, is 18 inches wide. - the length from the top of collar area to the shoulder seam is 4.5 inches -from the shoulder seam down to the end of sleeve is 7 inches.
