shellyssssss @cynz Sorry I didnt see your question sooner. I cant tell, the outside of the heel has gold stripes. It looks to be metallic black and gold striped plastic but the kitten style heel has the usual plastic type heel reinforcent. Hype brand is pretty hot and not a generically made shoe. I put a picture of the heel on this listing.
