From the research I've done, I believe these are from the 1970's.
They are a sharp white and, have metallic silver star cutouts, and tassels with wooden beads.
Size 5.5 but I think they fit like an 5.
Slight wear on sides
Please see pics for condition. I believe they are in excellent condition for being 50 years old.

@kalhanmad if you feel like boots always run big and want a snug fit… then maybe. I’m a pretty true 5.5 and these were tight. I could get them on, but they definitely weren’t something I can wear for a long period of time.
