VTG Miss Dorby Blue Button-Down Maxi Dress

Vintage 90's maxi length dress from Miss Dorby. Navy blue background with blue, green, and pink polka dots. Fitted through the waist and bottom is flowy. Dress buttons up with abalone shell buttons. Features a rounded collar, shoulder pads (could be easily be removed), short capped sleeves, and extra hidden snaps to keep the bodice in place. Lightweight material.
