The charm cluster is custom, made of four different charms. The charms are: The signed Cellini gold over sterling silver LOVE sculpture, set with a tiny diamond, A gold plated pretty initial letter C set with a tiny diamond, A small Victorian Revival hand carved cover locket in yellow gold filled, The #1 Mom charm in gold over sterling silver, marked Sterling and an unknown maker mark. The condition is excellent, dates from the 1970s. A wonderful time capsule that will make a great gift! The delicate curb chain is 18 inches long. The hand is 1 1/4 inches long.
