VTG NO EXCUSES denim button up skater skirt with unique patches

90’s high waist, button up, A-line circle skirt. Medium wash blue denim 100% cotton. Super unique patches! Waist 26” and length 18”. There are several light spots. I noticed all the comps I found had the same so I think it’s normal wear/fading. The last few pictures show this as well as a few spots where it looks like stitching was double stitched.
