VTG NWT 90's Hilo Hattie Multicolor Tropical Off-the-Shoulder Dress Plus Size 3X

Reposhing this item I purchased from @re_stylecloset. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Worn once, excellent condition. Tropical, beachy vibes, bright and vibrant colored casual dress.
