VTG NWT beaded embroidered jacket

Gorgeously embroidered and beaded jacket. Velvet fabric with brown, gold and black beads and embroidery in a floral motif. Brand new with tags but purchased in the 90s. Brand is Niteline Della Roufogali. One hidden clasp at the neck. Measures 23” armpit to armpit. 23” shoulder to wrist. And 20” shoulder to waist hem.
