VTG Orange Suede Leather Tunic Tabard Open Side Festival Hippie Buckles 60s Boho

Unique soft burnt orange suede leather tabard dress /vest/? It's not in perfect condition , please see all photos for issues . Tabard vest dress has buckles at the open sides and a fully lines inside ( nylon/ taffeta). It has some substantial soiling overall but leather is not my vibe so I'll leave it to an expert to restore this fun piece. A few scraped areas and a spot where a buckle was pressed in for a bit.
