This vintage hunting vest made by Penneys is certainly unique. The original owner cut the sleeves into a vest but did a great job. It has been worn exactly like this for many years. The interior has a half liner and bird pouch. There is obviously wear around the vest but it’s great looking. No size but fits like a modern medium to large. Measurements below.
