VTG Pierre Balmain Suit with Skirt Nautical Gold Seashell Buttons Rhinestones

Vintage Pierre Balmain suit with a skirt and over length blazer. This suit has a nautical/seaside feel with its navy and white colors that stand out with that beautiful heavy gold buttons that are enhanced with rhinestones. The blazer snaps close down the front and there are Seashells at the end of each arm and two seashells on the back. The skirt has seashells throughout w/ gold thread. There is a five inch slit at the back of skirt. Skirt is zip up with clasp. The tag inside the blazer says dry clean only and made in the USA size 4. The skirt has a size 4 label. We cannot find any material tag on the suit. The blazer appears to be a linen and lined. The skirt and the trim on the jacket are navy with gold thread and it is some type of a ribbed material. We cannot guarantee these materials the lining of the jacket and skirt is very nice and soft Again cannot guarantee whether it is silk or polyester. These stains are not visible from the outside of the jacket. This set was an estate sale find at a beautiful home that was extremely clean no pets and the dry cleaning tags were still on the skirt.
