1980's or 1990's Platinum by Dorothy Schoelen - an iconic designer known for her asymmetrical and brightly colored couture that called back to the "La Dolce Vita" style of the 1960's. This piece is so unique! Double layered, both with their own cut and lines/hems shapes and patterns. It has a slight crop top style per the measurements. 100% Rayon. Bright and dark blue backgrounds with green and tan/gold accents in polka dots and abstract shapes.
