Vintage Green Wool Military Pants - CHUNKY QUILTED PADDED Here is what we have found online: When the CPV first crossed the Yalu they wore quilted and padded winter uniforms. These were worn until the first spring then were discarded. During the second winter they wore only padded uniforms.
