VTG 🌹 RIO Red Ruffle Blouse

Cute Vintage red ruffle blouse by Rio, made in the USA by Union workers. Buttons all the way down, very top button at collar is missing, see photo. Ruffle at neck, pouf sleeves with elastic, darted waist. Not sure of material but feels like a sleek, lightweight polyester with NO stretch. See measurements in photos. Will probably fit a small to medium, depending on your measurements. In very good vintage condition with a few minor flaws to note, see last photos. One small light mark on front which is nearly invisible, a small spot on back where an iron made a very slight mark, missing button at collar and slight unraveling of stitching on sleeve hem.
