VTG Romantic Floral Off Shoulder Cotton Dress

Vintage pink and green dress with flower print and off the shoulder scalloped neckline. Has zipper and vented back. Seems to be lovingly handmade. So sad to see this go but I must Kondo! Fits like a XS/S about size 2/4 Bust 17” Waist 14” Length 36” (from neckline to hem) No label Circa 1980/1990
