VTG 1985 SALTERA JAPAN 2 TIER SERVING PLATTER VICTORIAN ROSE DESSERT STAND This 2 tiered snack platter was made in Japan by Saltera and is part of their Victorian Rose pattern. Both tiers have a pale grey trim with pink flowers. The bottom plate is 10.25" in diameter and the upper plate is 7.5" in diameter. It is 9.5" tall (to top of the handle). It is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, breaks, chips or repairs. (See photos).
