VINTAGE New w/o tags. Never worn Charcoal Gray w/elements of Black. Size Med. No stretch Acrylic/Wool/Nylon blended Tweed. Low-rise cut, flat cut to the hip/abdomen area that is 4" wide and then skirt has a flare/ruffle/skater style to it. Across the front is trimmed with Black satin ribbon that is 1" wide and on the left side is an attached/fixed bow. Ribbon trim is in the front only. Zipper in the back. Skirt is lined in the hip/abdomen area to prevent scratchiness when wearing, the base of the skirt is unlined. Serger stitching on the hemline to give a Black lettuce trim-like edge, and to prevent fraying of the fabric.
