VTG Saks Fifth Avenue Women's 100% Silk Pencil Skirt w/ Elastic Waist. This skirt was super fun to try and date the tag on. It is an 80's Saks piece, made in Hong Kong. Even the lining of this skirt is 100% silk. The size 10 on measures out to a 28" waist with some room for the elastic. It is pencil though, so the rest oft the skirt does not have much stretch.
