VTG Seagull Pewter Floral & Ribbon Oval Frame BNIB

Seagull Pewter produced this gorgeously ornate, floral & ribbon motif, oval picture frame when they were only 7 years old, back in 1985. This frame has been sealed in its box ever since, opened only to photograph. The back slides on and off easily, as shown in photo 7. May also be hung on wall with rear ring.
