This statement piece is vintage, silver toned metal, turquoise color stones, and substantial. I'm unsure whether the silver is sterling , I've had mixed opinions. No markings. Same with the stones. It may be dyed. I always receive TONS of compliments when I wear it and love the piece regardless.
