Vintage summer dress by A.R.S. concepts Size tag is cut but I’ll call this a medium. Could fit. A small as well Waist (stretchy) : approx 13.5 Length: approx 39.5 inches Has elastic waist. Zip on back. Comes with original belt. Belt has some wear. Belt also made some light marks on dress but its hidden when wearing the belt. View all photos for details
