This is a vintage Swee Lo electric blue sequin skirt with an elastic waist. The size tag has been cut out and with the measurements, it is most likely a size Large. Very flapper / Gatsby / Roaring 20s 100% pure silk with rayon lining The length is 29 inches The waist is 19.5 inches It is imperfect because the elastic has no give and should be replaced. Takes two "tunnels" of 1/2" or 1/4" . Not hard to do, but if I do it, the price goes up.
