Vintage (2000s) dark navy blue blazer by Tahari by Arthur S. Levine. Features princess darks and side deans, front welt pockets, beautiful golden button, structured shoulder pads. Measurements in the photos and below: Armpit to armpit: 21 in. Shoulder to hem: 25 in. (Hem hits right at the hip) Sleeve: 25 in. Waist: 18.5 in.
