VTG 🥀 Tartan Plaid & Roses Pleated Skirt

Adorably sweet vintage skirt by SK & Company. 100% Rayon, medium weight, no stretch. NO elastic in waist. Tagged a vintage size 10 but please read measurements for best fit. Button opening/closure on side. One side has a pocket and the button closure side pocket is not a functioning pocket ; you can put your hand in but it’s not enclosed for the purpose of opening skirt up to fit over hips ( see photo). In great vintage condition with a couple things to note. At one time this skirt was much longer and someone hand stitched a new hem several inches up. Their stitching is noticeable upon close inspection ( see photos). You could take out the hem if you wanted a longer skirt too. There is a small very faint run near pocket, see photo next to coin for scale.
