VTG Tiara International Cardigan Sweater 2002 Christmas Snowflakes Full Zip Blue

Tiara international zip up christmas sweater / cardigan. Womens size Medium. Several shades of blue with embroidered snowflakes, sequins and beads are added throughout as embellishments. The sequins and beads are kind of hard to see in the photos but if you look closely you can see them. Each snowflake has some, the 'icicle' layer has many sequins, the large blue are has them scattered around, and there is a ring of white beads in one of the white se tons near the bottom. Item is in excellent shape with no rips, tears, or holes. Measurements in photos.
