This dress is in excellent condition. The belt does not have to be worn with the dress, and the shoulder pads can be cut out. The dress is about 41.5” long, the shoulder to shoulder measurement is 21”, the armpit to armpit measurement is 29” (but this is because of the style of the dress), the waist and hips measurement is 26”.
