VTG White Wool Ribbed Midi Skirt-31” W

Is there such a thing as a perfect white winter skirt? This vintage wool ribbed midi skirt just might be it. I can just imagine it with lace up leather boots and a chunky sweater—or cute flats and a fitted turtleneck!
