VTG Womens Lee Riders Jeans High Rise Overall Pockets (Mom Jeans) 12 M. <See Measurements Below > Very nice vintage condition pair of high waisted Lee Riders. I noticed one very light mark near cuff of right leg, see picture. These "mom" style jeans are high rise with large overall type back pockets and an adjustable strap on the back.  Happy to answer questions!
