VTG Wood Pedestal Smoking Stand Jacobean Twist Candle Plant Stand Medium Oak 26" This smoking stand is about 26" tall. The wood is most likely oak by the weight of the item and the grain of the wood. It is in a medium stain. The top tier would hold the ashtray, the 2nd holds the cigars/cigarettes and lighters. The base is done in a decorative concentric design. Each tier is separated by a carved Jacobean twist column. This looks to be handmade by someone. You can see the pencil marks on the underside to demarcate the center of the circle. The screw holes also looks unlike mass produced pieces. I've shown the underside in the last few pictures so you can see how it was constructed. Beautiful as a plant stand or holding a pillar candle. In excellent condition. No damage to the wood or stain. The item will be shipped disassembled into 4 pieces. The 2 tiers and column come together with a screw mechanism. It can easily be put together using the 3 screws and twisting the tiers into place. See the last 2 pictures.
