Vintage 90’s Midi Slip Dress Blue Size XLarge Sheer Rouched Straps Goth. Fits like a Large. Pit to pit 18½ inches. I really didn't know how to measure the waist on this piece as it is not a defined waist. The slip part of the garment has some stretch. The sheer part doesn't stretch. Loosely laying down measuring from side to side is 19 inches. I tried to get the lace detail around the bottom to lay flat. I was unsuccessful.  It could easily be removed.
