VTG Y2K floral skirt

Vintage Y2K skirt with floral print. Brown and cream motif with a tied bow closure on the side. True vintage— late 90’s/early aughts, made in the USA. Brand is PS Per Seption. Drapes in a lovely way. Size tag is faded but I would call this a Large/XL. Waist is approximately 34”, meant to be worn low-rise at the hips and is adjustable because of the tie. Approximately 25” in length.
