VTG hippie Patchwork Denim Shirt

Vintage 70's denim patchwork shirt from Thailand, 100% cotton crocheted patchwork with pockets, side slit hem, size tag reads 44- please see measurements below as this is a vintage piece (late 70's) It is a men's shirt but would make a great beach cover up for a woman. In outstanding vintage condition. If memory serves I think it was worn a time or two. measures flat: pit to pit 21.5", length 28", shoulder 18"
