VTG nightgown pink feminine sheer lace

I tried to capture the beautiful light pink color of this vintage nightgown. I took photos inside the house against something green, as well as outside. There are no tags with the brand name or size attached anymore but I lied it down and the measurements are 18 inches from pit to pit and 52 inches long. Poshmark requests a size be added to the listing so my best guess is a Medium. The material is so soft with a pattern throughout. The neckline is full of sheer feminine lace.
