VTG retro SPARKLE brand neon jacket kids XL women's XS/S no zipper

in great vintage condition. size youth XL and fits me (women's small- 5' 3" and 125lbs) so definitely can be worn by adults too. the zipper is ripped and damaged. there are buttons for closure, and you can probably sew and fix the zipper if you're wanting to. super cute and want to find this jacket a good home.❤️
