This beautiful, one of a kind skirt is perfect for the coming fall and winter. Dress it up with tights and heels and a sheer ballet neck blouse or dress it down with a sweater and knee high boots. Interesting and elegant with its shimmery pale green/silvery material, it’s intentionally crinkled for texture-like crushed velvet or crinkly silk. I steamed it and it retained its crinkly texture, but if you wanted it to be smoother you could always iron it lightly.
